"At weGrow, we help scale ups to expand internationally. For that, we work with more than 250 freelancers in 30+ countries. When we made proposals, we wasted a lot of time asking colleagues if they knew a suitable expert as there was no clear overview. We needed a skill management tool that directly gave insights in capacities. Together with BrightSpike, we shaped Teamer. Teamer enabled us to easily find the right experts by searching for skills, location, and more. The direct insight in capacities sped up our planning process significantly.
