Shiftly is a platform for hospitality companies and workers to match up for single shifts. The project encompassed developing web- and mobile apps (iOS & Android). Employers were able to use both the web- and mobile versions. Both ways enabled them to post shifts, review candidates, see payments, and more. Workers were provided a full self-service onboarding process, with ID verification. Once approved, they could view and apply to shifts. In the app, they could see their past and future shifts, outstanding payments. To complete the marketplace, both parties could rate each other post-shift. The app was built in both Dutch and English.
