weGrow was in need of a skill management tool, in which you could also manage capacities and track time. Since these tools did not exist in the market, they decided to build it together with BrightSpike. The result: Teamer. With Teamer, consultants could create profiles, so that they were easily findable based on their experience, location, languages, and more. Once a project manager determined the right profiles based on the project requirements, they could directly see their availability. When adding the profiles to a project, the capacity would directly be adjusted, and the project costs calculated. This enabled weGrow project managers to speed up the time from discovery calls to proposals significantly. Lastly, weGrow could keep control of the projects by letting consultants track time in Teamer. Post-project, they could compare the budgeted hours and costs to what was actually incurred.
